Purpose of the position:
Design, develop and implement technological solutions to automate operational, administrative or productive processes, improving efficiency, reducing errors and optimizing resources through the use of software, scripts and automation tools.
Analyze manual processes in different areas to identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement scripts, bots or cross-platform integrations to automate repetitive tasks.
Develop in-house applications or custom solutions to support business processes.
Integrate APIs or connectors between systems (ERP, CRM, databases, web platforms, etc.).
Document automated flows, business processes and results obtained.
Work in conjunction with functional teams (such as operations, finance or human resources) to adapt solutions to real needs.
Perform testing, tuning and maintenance of automations to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure the security, scalability and efficiency of the implemented solutions.
